DESCRIPTION:Are you someone who can’t wait for the first snowfall at Sunrise this winter? Have you been dreaming of snow all summer long? Your time is almost here! Join us October 7-8 for our annual on-site Season Pass sale and Scholarship Fund Raffle! We will be offering the best prices of the season as well as exclusive deals and a chance to preview some renovations we have been working on this summer. Online sales start October 9, with pre-season prices for those who can’t attend the on-site sale.\nSunrise is switching to RFID this season! All guests will need a new pass card this season as we transition to state-of-the-art Radio-frequency Identification (RFID) cards. RFID cards remove the need for a barcode and scanner at the lifts, allowing guests to keep the pass in their jacket pocket. No more waiting for scanners at the lifts as you pass through a gate that will automatically scan your pass for faster lift access.\nWinter Clothing DriveBring some cozy clothing to donate to help keep others warm this winter season – jackets, pants, shirts, scarves, socks, beanies, etc. \nScholarship Fund Raffle$5 Raffle Tickets – We are raffling off several prizes during the on-site pass sale. Tickets will be available for purchase on-site during the sale and the raffle winners will be drawn at the end of the weekend. Proceeds benefit the Sunrise White Mountain Apache Youth Activity and Education Scholarship Fund. Also available to 18-year-old high school seniors. Students must provide student ID and proof of full-time status (i.e. current class schedule from registrar).\nAll guests purchasing a Season Pass will need to obtain a new Sunrise One Pass RFID card this season. It is the best place to find all you need for the upcoming winter.\nProducts will include everything from alpine skis, and snowboards, to boots and bindings, and a large selection of winter clothing and accessories such as helmets, gloves, and goggles will also be available for purchase. This year’s swap will have a great selection of new and used products.\n\n
